If you look at the last census for this area there was negative growth in many of the tracts except in those that saw residential development. I imagine that the next census will show many more low density suburban areas seeing growth.

Glorified trash cans. 2020s spandrel with its abundance of janky gridlines is far more egregious than 2000s spandrel in the sense that now we have entire expanses of wall pretending to be window.
