This is currently a single-storey strip plaza with a sizeable buffet restaurant (that stated out life as a ChiChi's in the 80s) and about a dozen shops. On the east side of Markham Road, halfway between Ellesmere Avenue and the Centennial College Progress Campus.

No new renderings are updated in the database. There are some minor changes in regards to the following fields - unit count, building height & parking count.

The overall 3 building storey count remain the same at 30, 26 and 20 storeys. The overall unit counts changed from 866 units to 879 units. The overall building heights from 102.75m, 89.96m, 72.30m to 106.56m, 96.01m, 78.01m respectively. Finally, the total parking count increased from 723 parking spaces to 745 parking spaces.

The changes came from the most recently minor variance application submitted to the City of Toronto planning department.
