Is it me or does this project seem to be being built extremely slow? The ground floor was being formed in January of 2020 and they are not topped off yet - I wonder what the problem is...

Daaa......COVID-19 had some impact on it

Rule of thumb is a floor a week being pour once at grade depending on the slab size and shape
