I really think this building would've looked better on the Biz School site at Bay & Dundas. This corner needs the warmth of red brick.

^ Looks like they started taking it down this morning

Notice how the off-colour piece of glass on the Yonge facade got removed - and there are metal clips around the replacement glazing.

I saw a picture on Twitter showing that they resurfaced the sidewalks on Yonge. What happened to the SAM The Record Man sidewalk insets?

I know theyre moving the sign to Dundas Square but there should still be something marking where the store used to be.

Don't think that's going to happen - banks wouldn't want a street level entrance leading to an underground banking floor.

Early on, Ryerson President Sheldon Levy mentioned Apple as a possibility but I think we can almost definitively rule them out. That store front isn't their style.

Agree....Apple is not going to land here.....I guess we'll know soon enough once permits are issued.
