I think the height of this building + Aura will set a nice precedent for all the new construction surrounding. Finally, one of the major streets in Toronto is gaining height. Guarantee the remaining block east of Yonge and south of Gerrard will be completely transformed within the next decade.

i've noticed that they have started to take down the test cladding structure in the park on Church.

From yesterday evening:

These shots are dealing with quite low light, and high contrast with the sky, so it's not easy to see, but the triangular aluminium ceiling tiles with the blue "automotive" finish on them do have some reflectivity. I doubt people will be disappointed when they see these!
