CryEngine for Sim City? Well, the hardware requirement will lead to the well know question of - Can it play Crysis? (which isn't a good thing at all). Besides, SC5 uses Glassbox instead.

The quality of the actual visualization looks almost legit - taken from the real but unpublished thing?

The Touring Ryerson SLC video is even more interesting, since it gives a much better impression of the interior space in 3D than the plans. The blue object on the desk is probably a sample of the ceiling cladding btw.
