Is there a timeline for the closure of the adjacent Main Square Community Centre? cc: @Northern Light

Haven't seen a hard date. I know the city was negotiating a lease extension on the land back in 2023.....

The capital budget for the new facility doesn't show construction money flowing til the 2030s.
