It seems they will have Phase 2 ready before Phase 1 probably by a year difference. Never seen that before...

Yea phase 2 is going well especially interior, though phase 1 also has some cladding going as well. The photo is from Monday, 21st.

So sluggish...this is the worst builder ever! Cannot believe they delayed this project so much but ramped up other projects instead. One word: CROOKS!

Honestly such BS! We did not get the 90 day notice for occupancy delay, and when we asked about it, had the audacity to say it was sent out earlier in the year. Another 4 months. Just great.
