shoring has finished on site. three rigs have been going at it for weeks now and they were taken down late this week. as of friday the mobile crane base was all that remained on site. so get ready for the dig down

I'll let others make the predictable response.

Thankfully(?) Subway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Starbucks already have locations right by here, so that should rule out three of the usual suspects

Prior to demolition there was a convenience store and a barbershop, among a couple others if I recall correctly, so hopefully we're only going up from there
