In the First Quarter, Total Acquisitions totalled $28.8 million including the acquisition of a parking lease at RioCan Hall, which removed a significant encumbrance in advancing the redevelopment of this Focus Five project and also provides interim recurring operating income.

I'm thinking it's either Dialog or IBI.
In either case i'm already writing this project off, Riocan hasnt been inspiring much confidence with their residential builds. Getting rid of HPA is already a sign of where this is headed.
