I wager this will look great if a bit stubby though.
 
EY is looking great can't wait to keep seeing it's shape unfold. I hope 30 bay happens and is an exaggerated version of this.

The sign looks better now without the pan am coloured decals around the sides imo.
 
It's funny you say that ...
I always have to remind myself that it's not Olympia & York. That always comes to mind despite the difference initials.
 
Interesting that the panels between the windows on the new old part are green. I wonder if they were painted green when the original building went up.

EY is turning out to be a stunner. I'm a bit worried how it's gonna end up looking from NPS, which imo, it turns its back to, this and Bay-Park are my 2 favourite office building u/c or proposed.

Off topic, but I snapped EY's little brother in London on a recent visit:
The building in question is the office building: 240 Blackfriars Road.

I don't see the resemblance. EY has a sister with 1021 West Hastings.
