This whole stretch of Eglinton Ave W between Martin Grove and Islington really is an architectural wasteland.
Why stop at architectural?

FYI I just received an email today for the affordable housing lottery for this building. Here is the email info if interested...

A new rental community is opening in Etobicoke, at Martin Grove and Eglinton. Scheduled for occupancy in November 2025, this newly built property will offer affordable apartments and a variety of modern amenities, all in a convenient and charming location. https://www.mintoapartments.com/gta...rentals/610-Martin-Grove-Affordable/main.html

The 87 affordable rental homes will be a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. For one- and two-bedroom units, the rent payable is $1,630 and $1,859, respectively and is subject to the Provincial rent increase guideline. These affordable homes will be filled through a random draw process coordinated by the developer, Minto Apartments. To enter the random draw, complete the registration form available on Minto’s website: http://www.mintoapartments.com/gta/Etobicoke-apartment-rentals/610-Martin-Grove-Affordable/Registration-Form~2995.html

More information about the units and the application process for the random draw can be found in FAQ’s available on Minto’s website;

The deadline to submit an application is August 3, 2025 at 5:00 pm.

We're looking for a 'complete' (ideally unobstructed, full exterior) photo of Richgrove Village if anyone's in the area!

Why would anyone torture themselves like that?
Oh c'mon now this stretch of Eglinton Ave W is an urban planning delight, it's one of the most unique vistas of all of Toronto!

One gets to see all of the fantastic and quality builds that have taken place in the city of the past 10 years. I actually recommend to visitors and tourists alike to walk along here all the time for a unique view of things they will have never seen before.
