It will take another 200-300 skyscrapers before downtown starts looking filled out. It's a big footprint DVP to Liberty, lakeshore to Yorkville.

Looking at the 100m list there are around 250 buildings on the proposed list that haven't broke ground, plus another 50 that have started up but still below grade
... let alone whats in the design pipeline that we haven't heard of...
so yeah it's very possible that in 10 years you may see 200 more skyscrapers in that downtown core
