Almost unrecognizable from 5+ years ago with the RCMI, Zurich re-clad, 488 University and now the demolition. Exciting change for the area!

Wow that base for RCMI or the charchol panels really needing a cleaning. That last pic isn’t very flattering. This area was needing a big change and now it’s all comming. Can’t wait to enjoy the spaces here.

Condominium part of this development looks great . I can't say much about the podium part . It would have been nice if they'd Incorporated the look of the first three floors of the podium right up to the top of the podium ! It has more of a solid impact than the upper half as seen on the photo above .
