But that made look up the permit........after all...........dropping off beams w/o ond would seem rather odd......

This is really cool. Adaptable/expandable setups have been more popular in Asia and Europe, but I hope they start implementing this in more condos as it's just a more efficient use of space.

Couldn’t get a shot of work here because of extensive hoarding but did hear a lot of construction noise. After being in the area I am sure that this development will have as great of an effect on Cabbagetown as it does Regent Park.

Yeah, in terms of location and sense of presence I feel that this building, albeit being tame on the architecture, will be important in terms of weaving the urban fabric of Cabbagetown and Regent Park together at that intersection.
