I put my money down in 2021 and there has been an information vacuum ever since. Does anyone know what is happening with this project? Does anyone know who to contact for information?

I have no more information than you do, unfortunately. Nothing has happened in months, but I agree with @Branden Simon that ADI is putting their resources (money) into Nautique downtown right now, so we might see some more action at Realm in the spring

The pound at Realm is frozen and still a bunch of dirt pile around Sales centre. Hopefully the work will resume in the spring.
