Toronto RBC WaterPark Place III | 140.2m | 30s | Oxford Properties | WZMH

I know this is forming up to be as the renders offered, but please, please, couldn't we have just a little brown or gold coloured glass down there? The blue and grey is really getting tiresome.

A look at RBC Waterpark 3 which is south of Harbour Plaza and One York. Picture taken on Monday, November 25th.

Agreed.
Problem is most architects and developers largely if not solely focus on the aesthetics of their own project(s). And put little thought about how their individual building(s) will look in composition with the surrounding structures.

But why does every architect/developer in this area love their buildings to be completely covered in blue glass? It doesn't seem like they're disinterested in how these buildings fit into the area; on the contrary, there almost seems to be an effort to coordinate every building here to look almost identical.

Did someone actually suggest bronze or gold? That's a problem with today's forums. Junk gets passed around as, "at least it's different".

The mechanical room apparently is going to be higher than the rendering.
