I first saw conditions like that in Prague, and it really surprised me then… but I'm now inured to it. Density is good. Bring it on!

So it seems like the first phase (Block 1A & 1C) should be underway soon, as its sold out, 105 townhouse units. The second phase (Block 1B) seems be a not too far away with plans for a 12-storey apartment building containing a total of 258 units. But it doesn't seem like there is anything concrete about the final phase of the project? I don't see anything to confirm the 2,000 units.
