I can imagine how interesting it will be to watch this giant try to get built, construction staging wise, with the heritage retention along Church Street (and bit of Queen), backing on to little more than an alley (Dalhousie Street) ... with 88 Queen u/c a few feet to the east of the site.

Maybe Sam has some ideas (he has more time on his hands now).
