How does the brick facade compare to the white panels in terms of build quality up close?
According to @jxmith_ in the Aqualuna thread “Municipal bylaws state that any project within 15% of completion must halt progress and only move ahead .001% per lunar cycle. It’s part of the “wait, wait! It’s too late now but are we really sure about this” program, which is in its 11th year of its pilot phase. If all goes well in the next 9 years, the hope is to move it up to a full fledged study, then it’s just 20 years before it becomes a recommendation. Fingers crossed!”Anyone know when estimated occupancy is for this development?
Condo owner here, estimated occupancy was november-december 2024 during agreement signing. I don't think it's on track for full completion by then.Anyone know when estimated occupancy is for this development?
I recently emailed QA asking about the Occupancy and was told July 2025 by email, no reason was volunteered.
Thanks for the compliment. Yes, it looks cheap even without zooming into details. And given its size, it's very prominent in the neighbourhood. One can never be disappointed by @Rascacielo 's photography, but how can one not be unhappy at how these are turning out...........yikes.
