Why is there so much white spandrel on the towers? I thought that we learnt from 300 Front Street that white spandrel rarely looks nice if it's arranged in a haphazard pattern. Even the previous Cityplace towers didn't have this much.

If you drive the Gardiner often… you may have unwittingly helped create the artwork!
15 March 2014: My first time on Dan Leckie Way = horrible. Giant wind tunnel happening today, the "way" is about a mile wide and feels like you're in MCC. Ugh.
