Does anyone know how is Queen/Richmond Centre (no west) at 111 Queen East being used? http://alliedpropertiesreit.com/en_toronto-queene111.php

It is a beautiful building but there doesn't seem to be any signs/banners showing what it is for.

Offices, and I believe it's at least 90% occupied.

I'm excited about this entire area, and think this building in particular is an awesome addition. Really tasteful.

I bet the builders were thinking, it would be easier just to demolish the whole thing and rebuild the wall after, but then it wouldn't be historic.
