wow some of these approval processes seem to be flying unusually quickly now - an approval recommendation in 8 months? That is actually a reasonable time frame!

I wonder where Toyota on Front will be relocating to... they may have to give up the 'on Front' as the last remaining surface lots are being redeveloped on Front Street.
Front at Bathurst (Minto Westside), Spadina (the Well and 400 Front Street [pending]), Simcoe (160 Front West) and Sherbourne (St. Lawrence Condos) are all now underway.

Really hoping that Draper Street remains as is, except maybe transitioning from residential to commercial. I want to see those houses become restaurants.

There are restaurants all around this area as well in The Well development.
How many restaurants are needed before the owners start crying the blues over lack of customers for them????
