I wish the copper coloured accents continued above the 6th floor. The flat walls of glass, although high quality, look washed out against a backdrop of mostly glass/window wall neighbours.

Yeah could have been as simple as the panels in copper instead of grey. That alone would help.

From the latest brochure it looks like <10% leased, but that could be misleading.
