This project along with 170 Spadina seem to be lingering around on Plaza's portfolio as continually in "coming soon" status. I've seen some vague ads online but it doesn't appear they've formatted the marketing for it officially yet.

Just south of it is another building which looks like a car dealership that is now a homeless/immigrant/warming center? Any idea if that will be part of this project?
