I think where this one is falling short (and a real nit-pick because it's a really fantastic addition overall) is that the glass is too blue! With dark spandrel/mullions, the blue glass highlights it by being very clearly framed. If they had used a darker, more grey glass (like E Condos) I think that south facade would have looked quite dark and dapper. It would have also really allowed the red/brown brick to pop being the only colour. Alas, still a great massing and quite excited to see how it resolves at its peak.
