Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Lots of noise this afternoon as they pull apart the steel piles.

Another fun exercise, and an angle not seen in official renderings before, the view from Berczy Park! This one took lots of perspective work, as a 3D artist by trade, doing it in 2D inside photoshop is a really different workflow so I apologize for any awkward angles as usual. I also cannot guarantee the accuracy to building heights, this is more so an artistic interpretation.

The projects included feature all three phases of One Yonge, One Front, CIBC Square Phase 2, and (what I'd assume/hope are placeholders for) Sugar Wharf Phase 2. Keep in mind there are actually more projects in this view that'd likely appear, just not as prominently as the ones I included, so this view will be impressively urban.

One Yonge is the obvious standout so this is the thread I am putting it in (Via Google Streetview):

For reference here is the view as of now (Via Google Streetview):

Berczy park always makes me feel sad because of all the heritage buildings that used to stand on that site were bulldozed for parking lots years ago

I suppose a park a good memorial for that loss - they should put a plaque up with pictures of what it used to look like
