It looks innocent and unassuming enough now. But when those buildings reach for the skies where those cranes are standing now, it will likely dwarf everything in front of them in height. And that's only in part of what will eventually be going there. So consider this shot a reference of what is to come.

Not just the crane (and pumpcrete) but I think you can see three floors appearing in between the two building in the foreground.
