Weird question wondering if we will see the tower cranes here swapped out for smaller jibs once they get into the actual tower portions

“cranes” not frames?

It does seem weird they missed this by 1+ floor. I’m sure they know what they are doing.

Some pics of the new east-west street. They have installed a water main (see hydrant) which they are hooking up on east side of Lower Sherbourne.

...glad the fence is there to protect the ground from the sky though.

They poured the curb on the south side of the new street today and carefully wrapped it up for the weekend. I assume they will pour the north curb next week and maybe put down the base layer of asphalt before winter.

I wonder why the front tower (south west part of the lot) is so far behind the others - the mid-height is essentially topping off but the front one is only 2-3 stories up.

The south side has a curb for the lane now.

And siding and windows going in...

This pretty much guarantees the widening of Lower Sherbourne isn't happening anytime soon if they're building the curb all the way to the existing width of Sherbourne.
