I really hope this one turns out as good it could. The renderings look promising.
Renderings usually do - so my hopes are not high but ......I really hope this one turns out as good it could. The renderings look promising.
Not sure 'good landscaping' will be enough to compensate for (or distract ones eyes off) the actual buildings!I think the towers will look fine, if not too glassy and blue. The mid rise building closest to the Gardiner is going to look brutal and I think the entire at grade experience here will be glass. Hopefully the landscaping is good.
Now I will never be able to look at this building without smiling! Now I realize what's been bugging me about this design. That one building with the tapered massing in its bottom third reminds me of... a commode.
Omg, I’ve been thinking about this since I first saw this, I even thought to mention it, but assumed everyone will say I’m crazyNow I realize what's been bugging me about this design. That one building with the tapered massing in its bottom third reminds me of... a commode.
