Does anyone know the sequence of which building will completed first? There are 3 buildings - City Suites (Floor 2-14), Park & Sky Suites (Floor 2- 49) and Lake Suites (Floor 2-39)?
City suites first (Building B2), Park & Sky suites (Building C+G) and Lake Suites (Building F) around same time.
Reason C+G and F could be delivered around same time due to C+G's podium on L15 which would require additional reinforcement from underneath and rough-ins.
 
I think the towers will look fine, if not too glassy and blue. The mid rise building closest to the Gardiner is going to look brutal and I think the entire at grade experience here will be glass. Hopefully the landscaping is good.

Not sure 'good landscaping' will be enough to compensate for (or distract ones eyes off) the actual buildings!
 

New OPA/ZBA application proposing the following changes:
  • Storeys increased from 49, 39 & 14 to 54, 44 & 15
  • Heights increased from 158, 129 & 51.2m to 174.86, 144.65 & 57.95m
  • Below grade levels increased from 4 to 5 remains as 5 levels
  • Total residential units increased from 1147 to 1261
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 648 to 765
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 1160 to 1268
