Hmmm, I still don't see a valid permit for this site...............

They have dismantelented the showroom contents at 493 Davenport for phase 1 and have 7 units left unsold. Why would they not leave the phase 1 tower in place and then add the phase 2 when ready. No news and not saying anything of phase 2.

Perhaps the 17,314 petition signatures I gathered begging the city for this to get built, if only to obscure some views of the mistake to the west (link below), has expedited the permit approvals?
