Just love how that stretch is coming along, between Picasso, Tableau, and QRC West. Throw in the bike lanes and 401 Richmond, and it's quickly shooting up my list of favourite new mini-'hoods in the city. Took some arty ones for the old Instagram account over the last couple weekends:

The glass corners of the mechanical penthouse nicely resolve the tension of the heavy suspended volumes along the facade with a seemingly lighter aesthetic at the top.
