That's good to hear. I like the architectural use of the colour as an accent and wouldn't mind seeing it from my unit. That's because I like the building's architecture. If I didn't care for the architecture, I wouldn't want to see the red.

My only criticism is that the openings of the covered balcony panels of the podium doesn't seem to relate to the rhythm and proportion of the window openings of the tower. These balconies would be very dark from the inside.

I was thinking that too. Those units are going to be dark 24/7. I feel sorry for those who purchased in the lower portion of the tower. Though I guess those spaces are suitable for vampires.

Or what many people use their balconies for: storage space.
That's over $30,000 worth of storage locker space on their balcony, and with direct access as a bonus. It's covered, dark and not made of glass so all that junk would not be visible from the outside.
