Any idea if there is to be a next phase here? The area between Phoenix and the GO tracks is quite substantial.

As Construction continues at Empire Phoenix, we’re excited to share all of the newest developments on site. Occupancies have begun and residents are excited to call Phoenix their home. Suite studs and drywall are all 100% complete, kitchen and tile installation is approximately 85% complete, and counter tops are approximately 75% complete. The final paint and appliance installation is 40% and 45% complete respectively, with landscaping at 95% completion. Our beautifully-designed lobby is also 100% complete. As we continue to progress with all other amenities, we are confident they will be completed very soon for all to enjoy.

The lobby does look quite inviting!

Here's how it looks all finished up outside:

All that brown ground above the is right-of-way for the future Legion Road completion IF THE CITY EVER GETS THEIR ACT TOGETHER.

Above and below; at ground level facing the street, the aluminum finishing panels extrude from the building (which I like), while as soon as you turn the corner into the courtyard, more typical window wall with mullions a' poppin'.

You know, you could do worse that Phoenix. Those living in the ground level townhouses facing park — that's not half bad, and really anyone high enough up to have both the park and lake views, nice. Once Legion Road goes through to Lake Shore, and once Park Lawn GO station is just a walk away, this area will be far more integrated with the city around it. Here's hoping residents here don't have to wait forever for those things to happen,
