Nice pic! It's amazing how that view is going to change so much in just a few years time. King Charlotte, King Blue, and Noir will take out a big chunk of the sitelines here.

Yeah, but I didn't think Noir and King Blue were go-aheads at this point...but if they do get built, definitely big changes to that view for sure.

they've reached enough sales that they will probably happen. They weren't exactly super sales success stories, but they sold enough. The entertainment district market is fairly saturated.

I am so pumped about the developing density in this area.

Those electrical wires need to be put under ground, now that this street is getting redeveloped. Those poles/wires look like crap.

The real infrastructure problem is down at street level where you can just see the orange caution sign: broken water pipes and a failing road bed.

Anyways, I walked by PSC on Friday. The glass is looking quite sharp.
