The appellants are neighbouring properties — 1668469 Ontario Ltd, Ricki’s Construction & Painting Inc., Templar Limited Partnership and 401 Richmond Ltd.

And now a fourth prehearing conference has been scheduled for March 19-21.

I know we have to wait and see how this plays out, but what kind of result can we expect? A settlement? Since city council already approved and it's sold out. I notice there is a potential motion.

Builder sent out update to purchaser, we will see some activities on the site prepping for construction in the coming months
Hmm, the March 19-21 Pre-Hearing Conference was cancelled, and now there's a earring scheduled for July 22. That could be for a ratification if 401 Richmond's concerns have been satisfied… which may be the case if Graywood is sending out letters to purchasers assuring them that construction is coming.

Carlyle Condos just north of it will use some good materials too based on the zoning. The three building stretch of this one, Carlyle, and QRC will be pretty solid!
