Gotta give them points for consistently pulling off such a subpar project! Sometimes the developers slip up and accidentally put in some half decent glass—see a tiny part of Nobu's podium—but Graywood committed to the bit

Genuinely hoping for a decent grocer and decent laneway retail, I'd happily visit every week in that case
