I can't think of a worse combination of materials in downtown in recent memory. Graywood has absolutely screwed this up.

Multi coloured spandrel? Hideous walls of spandrel on the south? Crappy precast? Mullion emporium? Boy oh boy...

I get that the building needs to work financially, but surely the cost between all black spandrel and mixed black +grey/blue wasn't much.

I can't see how Graywood would proudly display this finished product in their portfolio.

I walk by this almost daily and sometimes think the old parking lots would have been just fine by me...

Anyways... in 25 years the cladding will need to be replaced! Fingers crossed it looks good for the next generation!
