Thanks for the pics - from looking at the rendering it appears that the metal structure is the top floor. Yes?

They now seem to be making good progress on the eastern side of the building, forming up 2nd concrete floor.

I've always been puzzled why one part of a building, typically the top floor, is completed with steel rather than concrete (e,g., rogers at Isabella and Jarvis; teachers building on Isabella).
