Of course! It's Canada. We get things done here. A little innovation, plastic, and heaters goes a long way in dealing with frigid temps. It's not rocket science, just high-school chemistry and physics and simple smarts.
 
Another advantage of all of this new construction is that our parks are getting strong, defineable edges such Parliament Square Park across the road. I am really liking how this part of the central city is evolving so far. Photo taken 27 March 2014.

Yes, and when the First Parliament site is fixed up (in 2017) the whole west side of Parliament will really look much better.
 
No idea why they haven't started the east half of the building. Seems very odd.

I'm sure that they haven't done the east side yet because it doesn't currently fit in with their construction plans.
