It seemed like the second floor took them forever to finish and I think you can blame both the miserable weather we’ve had most of the last 4 months and supply chain disruptions. Now that the weather has improved they should start making up the lost time, especially once they finish the podium floors.

Shot on a Sunday that see no construction like others projects. Anyway, will be this way until the strike is over that could be in six weeks. It has move slowly since hitting grade and the weather hasn't help.

Podium construction has always been a slow process. It will continue to be slow (even after the strike is over), but once they start doing the tower floors, construction will be much faster.
