Parkland Residences on 558 Golf Links Road. This building is under construction. With an all 3 story buildings with First building 128 unit Memory care home, Second Building will have 76 unit retirement homes, and third building will have 96 unit apartment building.

the part of this next to the 403 has been sitting half-built forever with little to no movement. The exposed wood structure has started fading from the sun it's been sitting so long.
 
Yes I should have taken more photos (getting the stare down from construction crew) , thinking that it must be a cash flow thing as the two buildings that are nearing completion look to be near finish line.
