It's a tiny small version of Dollarama, with only 7 isles vs the standard 13 isles that most Dollaramas have.
If they don't have what you're looking for, you might have to go to Bloor or St. Clair after all...

What would you generally say they are missing that the other stores have?
It's hard to recall everything that is missing or not available at this location.
In the basics of it, No pillows, no pillow cases. No point zero beer, no Minute Maid apple juice (it may come yet) and no 5 alive juice.
Those were just a few basic things. Also, no $3.50 1L milk (sold on shelf) but they do have Silk and Earth's own products available.

McDonald's coming soon.
An odd choice for this area. There isn't much foot traffic and the parking/curbside options are sparse. I think the small auto service parking lot to the east is going to become the makeshift McDonald's parking lot/delivery driver hangout location.
Hey? Didn't Tim Horton's reject this space for those exact same reasons you mention?
What is really opening here? Another take out only space like the one @ Spadina and Dundas?
Or one with an actual seating area?
I wonder when they will actually open...

Its over 4,000ft 2, actually quite deep, unless they subdivided the interior.

No way they are doing take-out only in 4,000ft2 that's in line with an average sized (full) outpost.

Found the plan:

This means that this location will be bigger than the St. Clair & Christie location, which is only roughly half the size @ 2000 sq ft. (if AI is maintaining accurate info)
but also average sized for a McDonalds.
