Unless there is a mistake in the numbering on the elevator shaft, the 42th floor has been pour and working on the next floor or mechanical floor. The last floor number says 33. This was supposed to be a 40 story tower and haven't heard of any change to that number.

They are still adding another floor to it and well above 40th floor now base on the elevator numbers for floors.

So the second tower has topped out. I thought it being 10 floors taller would make it much taller than the first one (30 vs 40 floors which is 33% more.)
Edit: based on a rough count from the photos above, tower 1 is not 30 but 36 or 37 floors. The db info is still showing the original counts.

I always suspected that that T1 had increased in height even enough I have never seen noticed to do so or heard anything on it. As T2 near completions, it was saying T1 was taller than plan. Keep forgetting to go in to see how many floors are on the elevators and was hoping the person who bought a unit there and was posting here would lets us know of the change.

They are starting to work on the 3rd parking level for T3 as it is part and parcel of other ones with an addition to T3 now the other landowner has sold off the property like they should have on day one.
The crane should be down before Christmas

MODS NOTE T1 is 37 Floors not 35
Always felt T 1 was taller than plan and got to official number at 37 and no idea when that change was made.

For T2, it's stated that it is 40 floors, but if you count them, it looks like 42. Any idea why?Dec 11

The daycare is moving into T1 this week and open on Jan 2th. The last time I the area for it, it was a lot less than what they have then as well now. 3/4 of the ground level is setup for the daycare in many rooms of various sizes based on the ages of the children. They have made changes to the outside play area and looks like it been down grades, Need to see more towers with places like this built into them as well schools.
