No it’s not that - that section is already complete. The photo I commented on is where the station will actually be it just seems to be a really slow and arduous process to create these boxed in mounts. Hopefully constructions accelerates as there is no below ground tunnelling happening here yet these construction practices are taking longer than a dig would have taken in another country. Again hope the elevated stations are built and finished much faster than those that are underground since the complexity for on or above ground stations is far lower when building on or above ground….it might be mounting points for the facade finishes they want to install.
