RIP - that section of Graffiti Alley. Hoping the TTC building that replaces the existing structures allows murals to be added on their backside.

Ok but imagine the station is called graffiti alley and the architecture is either graffiti-esque or there's like graffiti patterns everywhere
That would be awesome, although realistically I think it'll be Queen West. I think that back wall of the station is getting covered no matter what it's made of though.

July 20: And the South-West corner - demolition activities at the former TD Bank branch building are also well underway. Workers were busy gutting the interior of the building, dumping the remains into the bin under the PDI shrouding. Stand-alone utilities, port-a-potties and a generator for local power also on site.

I assume the facade of the north-east corner is being restored and incorporated into any new development atop the station?

If not, this is a big loss - much bigger than Osgood Hall's trees imo.

It's being cleaned atm, and the southern section will be restored as a façade on the OL station. I don't think that I have see a commitment either way for the northern end which will under the new development. My guess is that it will be retained, in part of pacify the plebs who will be upset about the loss of light on Ogden Junior PS which is immediately to the NE on Phoebe street.
