More than half block between Gowan & Cosburn is no demolished:

There's not much left to take down on the stretch been Cosburn and Gamble.

Likewise, things are really cleared out between Cosburn and Gowan.

The Pape Village block party is between Cosburn and Mortimer this weekend, so part of it is right in front of the lot South of Cosburn.

Metrolinx set up a booth just south of there, kind of odd to see them in among the other vendors... They got their own branded canopy.

I sort the database by under construction to see whats actually under construction, and unless it's changed it doesn't pop up under the filter.
