Helping the mods keep the database files up to date make it better for anyone using the map to lookup projects and seeing their construction status quickly. It may feel spammy but he's doing a good thing for the site. Maybe it would be better if he DM'd one of the mods, but I don't mind either way.

I found it really annoying that he bumped like 300 threads with the same repetitive statements. I had to dig 10 pages deep just from 3 days off

You poor thing! I hope you can recover from this.

I tend to agree, with some caveats. @cranehunter123 is clearly trying to help, and as a collaborative community on the forum, his contribution of looking things up and pointing them out to the mods from a new perspective and with vigour has value.

However, I find many of his posts (especially the earlier ones) did not provide the backup information that I would want for them to be helpful. Blank statements of "change to complete" without backup are not helpful because they cannot be evaluated.

He started providing photos, many from realtor websites or developers, which I find helpful. However, he does not attribute them. Other times, he copies and pastes information again without a link or attribution.

I think if @cranehunter123 altered his approach to quality instead of just quantity of posting this information, that would be ideal. Just take a minute longer on each post to explain where the information is coming from, and why he thinks a status should be changed.

Also, to be a bit less touchy about feedback.

Personally what I like to do is use the report error button on the database, just FYI

We are getting a lot of important data on various threads from crane hunter. I understand the frustration but at the same time once caught up this won't be an issue.
