I mean with all the negative attention around the 401 tunnel, I think it's probably a wise political move to try to highlight the transit investments they are also making.

My favourite quote was that they'd finished with the TBMs for the Eglinton West extension, and sent the TBMs to Scarborough. And that the Scarborough project was on schedule.

I don't really like using the word "wise" to describe a government in the same sentence that contains the 401 tunnel, if not prefixed with "un".
